Formula needed that 1st column only show number not in 2nd column.

I have 2 column. 1st and 2nd column. if 2nd column is empty. A1:A10 show 1 to 10. If 2nd column has a 2 inside. A1 = 1, while A2:A10 = 2 to 11
What formula should i put for 1st Column. If i put 2 4 6 in column 2, A1:10 would be 1, 3 ,5, 7-13. See attached for example

Try this in A1:A10. Then copy A1:A10 and paste into cells D1 and G1.
