Try this and copy towards down
=MEDIAN(0,VLOOKUP(TRIM($G7),$O$7:$P$8,2,0)-SUMIFS($H$7:$H$12,$G$7:$G$12,$G7,$I$7:$I$12,">"&$I7),$H7)

[J7] : =MIN(H7,MAX(,VLOOKUP(G7,O$7:P$8,2,)-SUMIFS(H$7:H$12,G$7:G$12,G7,I$7:I$12,">"&I7)))
