Multiple results from one list

Hi,

I am putting together a holiday tracker where I am incorporating a calculator to roughly equate what holiday employees have.

The example attached seems to work so far but what I am looking for is formulas for D23, E23 & G23 so when the name is selected in B23 it pulls the relevant data from sheet 2 that corresponds to the name selected.

The reason I am here is because my knowledge only goes as far as using the IF statement and I am sure only 7 of these can be in one formula and I am sure there must be an easier way.
