Offset function with Index match

Hi,

Trying to match three variables from respective column of Table 1 , and then would like to sum up production data for a particular bunch of dates from the same table 1 .

For the first part am using Index match function and for summing up production data between the dates am using offset function but with very little or no luck so far.

Can any Excel geeks out there fix the puzzle for me please.

MATCH($J$6:$J$24,$A$6:$C$6,) - This part is checking only one variable which is variable -1 i.e. pack type

I also want the formula to compare var -2 and var -3 which is Batch type and product type .
