Hi excelers,
Hi excelers,

Can't you just use Sparkline?
Or do you absolutely need a formula and using multiple cell grid?
Here's sample using sparkline and picture tool.

Another method, using Sparkline, but using Merged cells as Target.
i.e. Data source is same, but target is $C$2 (merged C2:I8 range) and $K$2 (merged K2:T11 range).

Thx CK76, but it's got to be in the cell to be identified correctly!
Hmm, your V Normalize Range didn't make sense to me.
Took a look at the original thread and it makes better sense.
1. As Kaper stated, you'd need RANK.EQ for Normalization.
Ex: B2=RANK.EQ(A2,$A$2:$A$8,1)
Copy down.
2. Kaper's formula is efficient for what you are looking for. You could use OFFSET() instead of Indirect. But that won't change much else.
There isn't a single formula that fits all size in your case. As well, I'd imagine you'd start to encounter issues when there are ties in RANK.EQ function.
