double argumensts and search in different colums

I need to make visible how many "kasten " there are on particular locations.

If i work on 64 bit machine in Microsoft Office professional plus excel 2010 it doe not work. Do you have an solution for this formula.

There is no reason why it should not work on the 64-bit machine. As I said, it's a bog standard formula.
