I've attached a sample workbook with various ranges of rows. Each range has an identifying number at the beginning row of the range, followed by empty cells. The next range down begins with a new number (which is prior # + 1)
I need to obtain the minimum number in an adjacent column within the defined range.
I've given examples of the first three desired results.
Can someone help me with a formula for this? Thank you.

Thanks... I can easily fix the last range issue, so your formula does the job.
Edit: My fix for the last range was to create an IFERROR function so that the minimum related to the last known #in column C was simply a large # of rows below, knowing that none of my ranges "lasts" for more than a dozen or so rows).
