    Try this in S11:AD38
    Formula: copy to clipboard 
    =IFERROR(INDEX(FREQUENCY(ROW(INDIRECT($B11&":"&$C11)),EOMONTH(S$1,{-1,0})),2)*$F11,"")


    This returned $275.23 in July row 26 at my end which I believe is correct.
