    Efficient data query

I have about 7,500 lines of data in 12 columns. I am trying to extract data based on a number of variable criteria. I can do this by formula but only by blowing the workbook out to 89Mb...

I think the answer lies in =sumproduct or an array formula but I'm failing to get it especially when there are multiple lines of data being returned.

    Any help much appreciated.
