Hello:
Please refer to attached file.
I need to use Conditional Formatting in cell D5 down.
Turn Green if content is equal to D3
Turn Red if content is not equal to D3
I have tried selecting D5:D24 to be D3 but does not work.
Please have a look.

=D5=D$3
and it works.
