Formula Help Please

Hi All,
I am trying to figure out a formula that will return the lowest price from a data set where there are multiple suppliers and products of the same name.

How can I make a formula to return the lowest price product from that supplier, of which there are several with the same name, both Suppliers and Products.

Please see attached example sheet
