Presumably In E2 copied down a simple
Formula:
=IF(F2="COS",D2-G2,"")
...late edit. Just seen the statement that COS isn;t always adjacent to the Gros value amount. Would you clarify. Does this mean for instance that E22 should be 0.41.i.e. D22-F23
Please upload the workbook so that we can test for all conditions.

You are correct on E22. I tried uploading the workbook on the original post and it wouldn't allow me. I'll try again.
