I am building a monte carlo sim, now I need to count how many times the value in column 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 is highest
What formula would I need to do that

Attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.
Remember to desensitize the data.
Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

Ok, I have uploaded my document
What I am looking to achieve is for N5, find the amount of times the value in column B is the highest number across the 10 rows , as Ive typed in the worksheet
Then I want to repeat the process for all 10 numbers.

I have created 10 columns of help with the following formula.

The formula indicates the order of each line element.
This way you can count how many times a particular column is referred to with the value 1 (the highest value) or 2 (the second highest value), ....

PS. I had to copy/paste values only in B5:K4000 to verify the results. Once you are satisfied this works you can restore the randomizing formulas in that range ... ie make a back up copy.
