compute for tardiness and undertime using different official time

Please help.. i need formula for this to compute for tardiness and undertime
if the official time is 7:00 (B6) - 1:00 (C6) TIME IN 7:30 (D6) TIME OUT 2:00(G6)
if the official time is 8:00 (B7) - 2:00 (C7) TIME IN 7:30 (D7) TIME OUT 1:00(G7)

Thank you. But is it possible that the formula is computing how many minutes is the person is late or undertime?

Is this what you want?

For Tardiness:

=MAX(D6-B6,0)

For Undertime:

=MAX(0,(C6-B6)-(G6-D6))

Result cells Formatted h:mm
