Months to Split in Exact Weeks

Hi Excel Guru's,

I have a problem where I need a month to be split on exact weeks. I have attached a sample workbook to say what I need to achieve. I have a Red Cell where one can input the Date and based on this I have Months column which have weeks column under them. I want the month to be split in exact weeks. I don't want the last week to have overlap of next month. The last week should be short based on the number of days left in that month. If the last week have only 3 days or 4 days then it should adjust accordingly based on the input date. Is this achievable?
