Conditional Formatting, Colours conditions

Hi,

I got many cell with "CERTO" and "ERRADO", I know how to perform conditional formating the columns, so when it shows "CERTO" it colours red.

The spet I don't know how to do, is now performing the conditional in the rows, when i got a cell green, if there is any "Errado" i want to turn them as red.

I will attach my excel file with the input and the desired output.

1) SEARCH "CERTO" FOR COLUMNS, AND TURN "CERTO" INTO GREEN
2) SEARH FOR ROWS, IN THE ROW THERE IS A GREEN "CERTO" TURN ALL "ERRADO" IN THAT SAME ROW "RED"
