how to show value on meter gauge chart

Hi

I am trying something new by creating a chart with the meter guage. I need some help on the table reference though.

The average for this guage which is the brown section is between $24000-$25000. Anything above it will be in the grey zone and below $24000 will be in the blue zone. Can anyone guide me on how do i key calculate this into the table.

I would need some assistance to show the minimum and maximum range in the gauge chart. I realise that the range goes above the coloured range if I indicate a very large value for instance about 25k.
