    Conditionally Format 2 cells if their combined value is duplicate

    I have;

    Column A - First Name
    Column B - Last Name

    I would like to highlight both cells if Column A and Column B together is duplicated within the columns.

    ie. If John Smith appears twice conditionally format both first and last names. If Carol Smith appears then no CF of either cells.

    I know how to do it with a helper column, but can I do it without? Maybe VBA?

    Maybe this as your CF formula:
    Formula: copy to clipboard
