Hi, I'm trying to write a formula to calculate overtime worked in a 24 hour period. Overtime is accrued anytime someone works more than 8 hours in a 24 hours period. In my example G3 should be 0.25 Overtime added to the Sundays current overtime since they started at 8:45 instead of 9. Thank you in advanced.

Your calculation is wrong (but your formula is correct).
For G3, 3 hours and 10 minutes plus 4 hours and 50 minutes equal exactly 8 hours - no overtime accrued.
If you want your formula to calculate it differently, then you are going to have to explain in more detail.
