How to use fiscal calendar in excel

I need to create a summary report in excel using the below 2 data sheets. For one of the columns i need to calculate the dollar value of the parts shipped in a week of our fiscal calendar. The second sheet has the fiscal calendar stored.

From the below example period 7(JUNE) starts from 06/02/2018 and ends on 06/29/2018. This month has 4 weeks.

Week Shipped
W1 $2827
W2 $13664
W3 $2111.25
W4 $443

try to use PivotTable with Group dates else attach example Excel file



In attached Excel file try not to use:

• merged cells
• password protection
• unnecessary formatting like: colours, borders, aligning another than default, etc...
• unnecessary zooming/grouping/freezeing

To attach an Excel file to your post,

• desensitize data
• remeber that your example should reflect structure and type of data and contain the result what you want to achieve (manually created if necessary)
• click Go Advanced,
• scroll down until you see Manage Attachments,
• click that and select Browse,
• select your file and click Open,
• click Upload and you will see your attachment below Upload Files from a website
• click Close this window,
• click Submit reply

After that you should see attachment in your post
