Dear Forum,

I am trying to automate one of my files by putting formulas, however there is one situation where I need to get the information of all Emp names present in one sheet to my working sheet.

Ex: Working Sheet - I will have some Emp Ids in this sheet which are also present in the Old Data Sheet so this is smooth, however there are some more Employee Ids which are there are in OLD Data Sheet which I need to add in the Working Sheet based on a certain condition. Typically I go in the OLD Data Sheet and do a vlookup back to the Working Sheet and then select those Employees who had a negative Incentive and then manually add them back to the Working Sheet.

I am planning to do complete automation where I get the work done by using formulas, however I ahve to do this manual activity of checking those Employee Ids who are present in OLD data Sheet and whose Incentive is negative and not in the Working Sheet...

I am working on an Incentive File if there's a negative Incentive then we need to impact the present Working Sheet.

Can you suggest some ideas.
