Formulas to help reformat large spreadsheet

I added them to my original post - sorry for not including them the first time! It's also worth mentioning that I'm using a workplace computer and no programs or extensions can be downloaded.

Edit: If it makes the job substantially easier, the department, position title, and working title can be left out and I can just run a vlookup later to get those. Basically I need all of my job codes to go from about 4000 columns into one, and the position numbers to go into another.
