Vlookup read wrong data?

I use vlookup to search for matching sku#. But it shows wrong sku. I attempt several times of the formula but failed. Can't you help to look into what's wrong to my formula?

I usually not stating true or false in the formula and it functions. Anyway, I will add it back in future. Thanks for your help.

If you are looking for an exact match and the lookup values are not sorted, then you should use FALSE (or 0 ) as the final parameter. If it is missing then it will default to TRUE, i.e. assumes that the data is sorted.
