Time - convert from Decimal to Standard to Closest 15 - 52 doesn't work

Hi Skilled people

I have a work sheet to help calculate workers hours to the minute but want to convert it back to Standard time then to closest 15 mins

Can do by the looks hours up to 24hrs but when i try to convert the Total hrs for the week 52.48 it doesn't work

Needed it to say 52:28 (Stanard Time) and 52:30 (Closet 15 min)

Can it be done or is there a work around ?

Format Cells -> Custom -> [h]:mm

Your formulas are correct. For cells F14 and G14, use a custom format of

[h]:mm

(you are currently using h:mm)
