Formula to calculate the Number of filtered records and the number of records Met

Hi,
I have a worksheet (see attached ‘Eample.xlsx’ file) where I need to filter on column ‘E’ (Total Price) for various values e.g. £35,000.00which in turn will display the Met and Fail records in column ‘K’
What I require are formulas that will:-
(a) in cell ‘O1’ calculate the number of filtered records
(b) in cell ‘Q1’ calculate the number of met records
The formulas required should would regardless of any value that I filter on in column ‘E’
