Track data completeness of Row Weekly

Hi, i have rows full of data and have a percentage which gives me the data completeness of selected columns and their cells.

I wanted to track this weekly to see the change weekly. Is there a way i can automate this percentage weekly so i can track the percentage increase??

Essentially need to prepare a data completeness report to show there has been an increase or if there isn't i can show the percentage on the monday and then the Friday that week that the data completeness has increased enough
