Vlookup with multiple return

Good day Everyone!

I would like to ask for your help regarding my problem on excel formula. I'm having trouble with creating a list/table in return to searched data. In the attached file, in sheet "SOA", if the user select name of staff (c4), the corresponding value from sheet "Details" should be listed below the table (a8:g43). Unfortunately, when i try the vlookup, it gave me one result in each row. Same also when i used another formula with "Ctrl+Shift+Enter" function (see a8 & a9).
