How to get the day of the year and remaining days

Hi how to get the day of the year and remaining days on user input?
I have the day manually added in a row from 1-31, one cell for month input and year input.

I will change the input for m/y in one cell but i need to have the day in different cells.
Is it possible to get the information if the day is in different cell like shown above and how?
Under each day there will be output for Day of the year and remaining days.

There is one cell for month input and one for year input.
I need to get the nth day of the year under each number i manually added and represents the day for the month.
How do i get the nth day if the Month, Day and year are in different cells.
I know how to do it if the date is in one cell but not for different cells.
If the user types 3 for month and 2018 for year then the output under number 1 will be 60th day
under number 2 it should give me 61.
