Find out duplicate keywords if they are in permutation and combination

Hello All,

I would like to find out the duplicates keywords from permutation & combination keywords. for example I have the below keywords

florida driving school online
online driving school florida
florida online driving school
driving school florida online

Please help me to find out duplicate with excel formula

Attach a sample workbook (not image).
