Trying to make data auto-generate into a value in another cell

Hi

I've created a dropdown menu with different options, I'm trying to have the cell next to this generate a number based on what you select in the dropdown menu

I've attached an excel I've been trying to do it with, I can get it to work with 2 options however it's proving difficult after that.

On the example you'll see I've done it with 2, but after that it says #VALUE!

Any assistance would be much appreciated!
