First row of array formula not working?

Can someone help me quickly? I'm sure this is really simple but I just can't figure it out.

On the SOLD worksheet, for some reason row 3 isn't populating for the 4wk and 3 mo ave and totals (F3-I3), even though the values it is supposed to draw from are populating in columns N through AC.

It has the array brackets and I compared them with the row below and don't see any differences. The formatting is the same. I'm at a loss. I also added in a new person (line 7). He doesn't have enough data for an average but I thought it would show a total for him.
