Highest Test Score & Date range comparison formula problem

Ok, so if anyone out there can help,
At the very least, can someone show me a formula that can be entered in column L that:
    1. identifies the most recent highest score (in column H)
    2. Identifies the number in column K (that corresponds to the most recent highest score number in column H)
    3. Displays that number in the top most cell (for each student) in column L

I am sorry for troubling you folks
My original original post appears below - anyone wants to read it.

I need to know how to rewrite or correct this formula that does the following(1) identifies the students highest score [highlighted in column H] , then (2) identifies the number of days displayed in column K (this shows the number of days since his/her last test prior to the highest score), then (3)compares THAT number in column K, with the most recent number in column J (the number in column J shows the number of days since the most recent test date.], then (4) provided that the number of days [highlighted in column K] is within 7 days more OR within 7 days less than the number of days in column J, types "OK" else "NO" and then, (5) appears only in the top-most cell [in this column].
This was worked on by one of your members and helped me a great deal.
The formula HELPER (Column L) and RESULT (Column M) were created by a forum member.
Problem 1 with the formula on the file
For students who have only taken the test ONCE (with 0 displayed in column K), the default should read "OK1" - provided that the number in cell in column J (for students that have only had one test- one row of data only - is less than 30. This was corrected.
    Problem 2
However, I realized that I had a bigger problem with the formula.
The big problem is that when the formula identifies the student's highest score,
it seems to be selecting the first/earlier highest score (when the student has two (2) identical highest scores).
I need the formula to select the most recent highest score (when there are joint highest scores) and then, to continue with the rest of the comparison processes and the formula for each student
See the excel file - and see the problem it creates for students JOHN and GABBY.
Any help in correcting the issue would be appreciated.
    Thank you
