PERCENTRANK plus IF

MS is encouraging use of PERCENTRANK.INC as it may drop PERCENTRANK from future versions. It uses the same syntax.

Try array entering this formula in E3 and filling down. If you aren’t familiar with array-entered formulas array enter means the formula must be committed from edit mode by simultaneously pressing and holding down Ctrl and Shift while hitting Enter.
