unfortunately it does not work because there are repeated numbers and I dont repeat number in yellow cells

No. The formula can be committed with just 'Enter'.

The latest upload does not reflect that since there is no example of a formula in it.
The 15 is the AGGREGATE function_number for SMALL. The 6 is the option to ignore errors. You can read about those in the Help feature of Excel. The 1 is part of the math operations that follow it.What are the mean of 15,6,1?
