Hello,

Is there a way to block cell width but not the row height?

Thank you

Care to explain a bit more what you are trying to do?
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

There might be with VBA, but you'll need to explain in a bit more detail exactly what you want to achieve.

Re: Block cell width

Hello FDibbins
Hello AliGW

I create a worksheet which will be used by many people. I don't want that anyone can change the widht of the columns to keep the page format.
But it has to be possible to change the row height and of course to write something in the cell.

Thank you

Re: Block cell width

OK - it'll definitely be VBA if it's possible at all. I'll move this thread.

You could try to Protect the sheet, and leave the Format Rows option unchecked?

Thanks for your hint.
