cannot get vlookup or index/match to work

im trying to pull information from one workbook to another based on a date, but every time i set it up, it will only pull the first line, i have added a sample sheet on, maybe someone can point me to where im going wrong please.

on this sheet i have pulled all data from a different workbook, and referenced that data, which is the "tracker" sheet, and this data is to be referenced on the "overview" sheet in the bottom table

If you are looking up a value based on a date you are going to potentially match more than once. Only the first match will be used. When using a vlookup the values being looked up generally should be a unique identifier.

Like I said you'll need some sort of unique identifier for vlookup or index/match. The maximo number or work order no? I don't really know what you're trying to achieve.

Could i use two values of reference, such as the date and the maximo number? the important value is the date

You can use 2 values as long as the combination of those is unique. I would concatenate the fields in both tables then use these new fields as the primary key linking the tables.
