hyperlink to first match

quick bit of help if you don't mind

this is my current code

=IF($I$4="","",IFERROR(INDEX('PC List'!$A:$G,SMALL(IF(ISNUMBER(SEARCH($I$4,'PC List'!$A$2:$G$417)),ROW('PC List'!$A$2:$G$417)),ROWS(H$6:H6)),MATCH(H$6,'PC List'!$A$1:$G$1,0)),""))

and have been looking online on ways to have it hyper link to the location on the other sheet. But i havent the first idea where i would plumb in the addiational bits from this site https://exceljet.net/formula/hyperlink-to-first-match
