Formula for unique serial number

Hello,

I have one column for overall nr, one column for project nr and one column for serial nr. Each project has itīs own serial starting with 1.

How can this made be automatically, then in column c, there is inserted project nr, and column D is filled automatically - if this is first row for project - nr 1, if there is already rows, then next number.
