Finding 3 largest values using LARGE function based on criteria in another column

I am trying to find the 3 largest values for each Org in the attached spreadsheet, based on the values in Column C. I want Columns D-F to contain the highest Column C value for Org A in the row for Org A, Org B for Org B etc. So for Org B, I would expect Column D to have 72, Column E to have 63 etc. Can anyone point me in the right direction please?
