Football (soccer) league table help request

Hi

I need help creating a spreadsheet where I enter scores at a football tournament that will automatically update a league table please. I have attached a dummy version of what I'm looking for and the first tab (tagged as manual) is what I want to get to but with automation. Not sure if this is a vlookup thing, index or what so any advice is greatly received

How do you deal with ties? If two teams have the same points overall how do you decide who's ahead?

Good question If 2 teams have the same points it goes against their head to head record. I doubt there is a formula for that so I was keeping in mind I would have to do that manually.

Also, should have said before, its 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw and 0 points for a loss.

Ah, I knew i had forgotten to change something... Done now and it's Office 2013

Are you tied to this exact data layout or could things be moved around a little (if necessary) to make things easier?
