Pulling Location from master list and populating table?

I have a table full of premises (Column A) and on a separate table, I have a master list of each premise's city. I'm trying to find a way to populate column B with the cities corresponding to each premise, then column C with the country corresponding to that city. The same restaurant does appear on multiple lines but it;s all alphabetical so they appear consecutively.

I attached an example of what I am looking for, it's a simple example but hopefully I can use it on my actual table, which has more premises/countries and cities.
