Need a Double Search

I need a formula where I can search a column then search something in that column and get the result as a name from a different column. I have attached a dummy spreadsheet with an explanation on it. I have also got the formula on the spreadsheet as far as I can go which only has one search. Maybe somebody can add the other search to it. Even if it requires a helper cell that would be fine. Thanks.
