excel help calander (highlighting/rules) need new formula

Hi!

I want a calendar to look like this (image)

I have created an excel that has
Holidays, Pay Periods, Pay Day

payday= day+every 14 days afterwards
pay period = day+every 14 days afterwards

I have got everything to work now but I have a bunch of x+14 formulas for the payday and pay period for each day +14 days, is there a way to do it without 100+ lines?
