Nested IF (AND) FUNCTION

Hi Guys,

I want to know how can i use a Nested IF(AND) function. I am using the formula below but it is showing me error, can anyone help:
=IF(AND(B3="SPAN",C3="SAIB",D3>=5000),40,D3*0.008),IF(AND(B3="VISA",C3="SAIB",D3>=0),D3*1.18%,0)
