I have a row of cells that has condition formatting that states if the value is lower than 40 it turns red. This represents clock hours. Cells are D15 to H15
The second row has no condition formatting but represents production hours. Cells are D16 to H16.
The third row represents the production percentage between the cells directly above. I need 3 Condition Formats. Cells are D17 to H17.
One format needs to highlight the cell red if any of the numbers in C15 to H15 are below 40 or if the condition format is triggered on those cells.
If the cell isn't red (meaning the objective wasn't met) no further condition formatting needs to apply to the cell.
For those who do reach 40 or above I would like to format the cells where if: 95% to 104% is reached the cell turns green, 105% to 114% the cell turns blue, 115% and up the cell turns orange.
Of course those who don't reach 40 the above formatting wouldn't apply. Thoughts?
