Check if a cell contains any type of value and then pull data(vlookup?) from diff sheet

I've tried to search for an answer but can't find something similar to what I'm trying to do.

    I've got 5 sheets.
Sheet 1 - owssvr (contains raw data)
    Sheet 2 - 8AM - 12PM (PivotTable)
    Sheet 3 - 12PM - 4PM (PivotTable)
    Sheet 4 - KPI
    Sheet 5 - Hours

Sheet 4 has the following four columns
    Column A - 8 AM - 11:59AM (Contains names)
Column B - Total Hours (Blank)
    Column C - Total Entries
    Column D - Average

    Sheet 5
    Column A - Names
    Column B - Total Hours(Contains hours worked)

I want column B on Sheet 4 to check if there is a value in column C. If there is a value, I want it to lookup Sheet 5 column A and B to and the hours. If there is no value, I want it to remain blank.

    Thanks

    Awesome! That worked perfectly!

I just tried to use that exact same formula but modified for column GH but I'm getting #REF!

Why change the offset to 8 when you're still looking up the 2nd column in the range D:E?

There aren't 8 columns in the 2 column range! Leave it at '2'

I have no idea where the 8 came from >_> but that solved it.
