Generate Forecast with Weighted Moving Average using Historical Data for multiple rows

Dear Everyone,

there are a lot of new functions in Excel especially for Forecasting, most of functions only applicable for one line only
as attached, i need a formulas to generate next 12 Month Rolling forecast using weighted Moving Average using 6 month interval, using average is too simplify
expected result for each line is in AA-AN column,

kindly Help
