    Finding Ideal Schedule Times

    Good afternoon,

I have been tasked with taking a look at the agents that supervisors have on their teams and finding the ideal time for them to have a daily 15 min meeting. At times we schedule these out as far as 2 months but for now, im only pulling 2 wks of data. Ideally I want to look at everyone's "talk time" which represents the shift they work that day and schedule this meeting during a time that most of the agents will be there that day and schedule it during a "talk time" moment and not during a time that they have lunch, break, training or some sort of other task scheduled. They should each have a meeting each day that they work. Even though i only have 2 wks worth of data now, ideally i want to do this for 2 months at a time per team. I have 20 teams to work with.

Doing it manually is extremely time consuming and daunting. Any help would be appreciated.

I do not see any expected outcomes in your workbook. Without knowing how you would do this manually (we need a few examples), it's impossible to suggest a way to automate it for you.
