remove someone completely from workbook

I have a workbook that is used in a warehouse listing all the associates. The sheet is very large consisting of 25+ individual tabs with the associates spread throughout the workbook in various capacities depending on the tab. Of course when an associate gets terminated or moves on to another job it is necessary to go into the workbook and remove them one page at a time. This can take a while.
I would like to create a macro that can be run to scan the entire workbook and delete any row that contains that persons name.

Post a sample workbook wih some typical data and indicate how you would want to identify the individual ... and what you want to happen to each record for that individual.

Here is a basic workbook.
On the data sheet page you would enter the name of the assocaite to remove and run the macro.
The macro would then scan the attendance, shift, and sheet 3 pages and remove the row with that associate in it from the workbook
