assign special character to cell for 2 purpose

hello frds ,
for example i have few cells with few values in it .
a1=apple
a2=banana
a3=strawberry

now i want to assign or add up some special character to this above cells like
'apple
'banana
'strawberry ,

when i do find ' .....i should get 'apple 'banana 'strawberry in results
and
when i do find apple.....i should get 'apple .


is there a way where adding up any special character or doing anything makes a cell respond in this 2 ways .

It's not clear what you are trying to achieve.

Maybe, use a triple leading space. Or =CHAR(9)&"apple"
